exchange policy

 

  1. Items can be returned and exchanged fourteen (14) days from receipt of delivered merchandise. Kindly email us your order number and specific item for return and chosen item to exchange it with. Items should be in original packaging with tags attached to garment, no visible damage, unworn and unwashed.
  2. Once items are received by harlan + holden, we will send an email confirmation. 
  3. We also offer store credit if you do not want to immediately exchange your purchased item. Store credit may be used online or in our stores and are valid for ninety (90) days. No refunds.

NOTE:

  1. For the first two (2) exchange requests, harlan + holden will shoulder the shipping fees. Kindly choose “charge to recipient” as payment option.
  2. Any succeeding exchange requests will be charged to the customer.
  1. For customers based in Manila, Philippines, items can be exchanged at any of our stores by presenting the official receipt or sales invoice and the actual merchandise.
