exchange policy

 

  1. Items can be exchanged seven (7) days from receipt of delivered merchandise.  Kindly email us your order number and specific item for return and chosen item to exchange it with. Items should be in original packaging with tags attached to garment, no visible damage, unworn and unwashed.
  2. Once items are received by harlan + holden, we will send an email confirmation. 
  3. Items bought online may be exchanged in any of our stores in JAKARTA fourteen (14) days from receipt of delivered merchandise.  Items should be in original packaging with tags attached to garment, no visible damage, unworn and unwashed.

NOTE: For the first exchange requests, harlan + holden will shoulder the shipping fees. Kindly choose “charge to recipient” as payment option. Any succeeding exchange requests will be charged to the customer.

refund policy

 
1. For requests for refunds, kindly email us your order number and specific item for return. Items should be in original packaging with tags attached to garment, no visible damage, unworn and unwashed.
2. Once items are received by harlan + holden, we will send an email confirmation.
3. You will be refunded by the same method it was paid for and within 14 days of the receipt of the item.
4. Items bought online can be refunded in any of our stores in JAKARTA
